Refund policy

Here at Ellstyle Boutique we pride ourselves on customer service and we understand that you may need to exchange or refund an online purchase. We offer returns when shopping online with us within 14 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info.ellstyle@gmail.com.

Returns Policy:

If you would like to return your item it must meet our Returns Policy.

* Items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase. 

* Items are full priced and unused with original tags attached 

* Gift vouchers are not eligible for return 

* All postage expenses are at customers expense 

* No returns or exchanges on Sale Items 

* No returns on purchases made during a flash sale or promotional sale 

* No returns on earrings or swimwear

 Exchanges:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges on any items purchased online. If you wish to change the size of an item we suggest you purchase the new item through our online store and submit a request for a refund.

 

To Make A Return:

email info.ellstyle@gmail.com and using your order number request a refund and clearly state the reasons for your refund request. 

To be eligible for a refund the item/s must have been purchased online at full price and returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Exchange or Credit:

You are eligible for an online store credit if you purchased product at full price and the item is returned with in 14 days of purchase and meets our returns/exchange guidelines.

Please note store credits are valid for 12 months only.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges

 Extra Info:

All items must be posted back via Australia Post at customers expense.

All items must be received within 14 days of original order placement.

Any items received after this time frame may be denied credit or refund.

Ellstyle Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return (refund or store credit) should the item/s not be in its original condition (as mentioned above).

 

 

Items that smell heavily of deodorant/ perfume, have make up or tan marks on them will not be accepted, so please be careful when trying garments on.

Final Sale:

Any items purchased with a store credit or gift voucher are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

All items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

All items purchased in store are not eligible for a refund, as you have had an opportunity to try it on in store.

Faulty Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately if the item if defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
